Pelvic Fitness And Strength To Avoid Peeing When You Sneeze with Personal Trainer, Erika Young

Want to prepare now to avoid pelvic pain later? Or do you pee when you sneeze now after having a child? Erika dives into all of this and how you can prevent and heal your pelvic floor!

Erika Young is an experienced personal trainer, specializing in pre and postnatal fitness. She has competed in and coached a wide variety of sports (track, triathlon, speedskating and roller derby!), but now focuses exclusively on helping moms feel strong during and after pregnancy.

After experiencing and resolving her own pelvic floor dysfunction in her early 30s, she learned how common it is for women to experience a range of postnatal issues. Erika helps women address diastasis recti, back pain, core strength, prolapse symptoms, and incontinence. It is possible to return to fitness feeling even stronger after giving birth!

Erika's qualifications include: PCES (Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist), GGS Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, ACE-CPT, PN1- Precision Nutrition, FMS-1- Functional Movement Screen, TRX and Metabolic Effect Hormonal Fat Loss Specialist
